Recently our law firm had a client. His advertisement location was in Missouri, a rather remote place. And in that area, the local newspaper there was only one. Scarcity drives up value. So the advertising agency we worked with contacted the local newspaper and after contacting them received a very high quote. On the other hand, they negotiated with the local newspaper to maintain the original price. So through these efforts, in the end, our client did not pay an extra penny, and the newspaper published the advertisement for us.
So PERM advertising is not something you can casually place. Every detail, every quote, every word count needs to be carefully reviewed by an attorney.
