Today, I’d like to share some exciting news. We just received an approval notice for an employee’s H-1B application. This employee contacted us to start the process at the beginning of June, and as we all know, for first-time lottery selections, all application materials must be submitted by June 30. Normally, it takes about 3-4 weeks to prepare the materials. However, this employee had less than 20 days to submit everything.
We worked intensively with both the employee and the employer to discuss and gather all the necessary materials. We expedited the process, and within two weeks, we were able to prepare all the required documents, checks, and successfully certify the LCA.
