大家好，今天我们来聊一聊在 I-751 审批期间是否可以出境。
答案是：可以，但您需要随身携带两份文件。
第一，过期的绿卡。即使绿卡已经过期，它依然可以作为您的身份证明。
第二，I-751 收据通知。如果是原件，通常是绿色纸张。收据上会写明，基于该收据，您的身份延长 48 个月。这说明即便绿卡表面上过期，您的身份仍然合法延续。
因此，只要带着过期的绿卡和 I-751 收据通知，您就可以自由出入美国。
需要提醒的是，这里所说的是 短期旅行，例如出差或探亲。如果您预计在境外停留超过一年，建议您在离境前申请 回美证（Re-entry Permit），以确保顺利再次入境。

Hello everyone. Today we are going to talk about whether you can travel abroad while your I-751 petition is pending.
The answer is yes, but you should carry two documents.
First, your expired green card. Even though it is expired, it still serves as identification.
Second, the receipt notice for your I-751 petition. If you have the original, it is typically printed on green paper. The notice states that, based on the receipt, your status is extended for 48 months. This means that although the card is technically expired, your status remains legally extended.
Therefore, as long as you have your expired green card and the I-751 receipt notice, you may travel outside and reenter the United States.
Please note that this refers to short-term travel, such as business trips or visiting relatives. If you expect to remain outside the United States for more than one year, we recommend applying for a reentry permit before you leave, so that you can return without issue.
